At Estelle Colored Glass, we want you to be delighted with your artisanal glassware; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our hand-blown pieces, all returns must be securely packed to prevent breakage during transit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the glassware in its original branded box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton using the original protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
